It is applied for vacuum quenching of high alloy steel such as high-speed tool steel, mould steel, gauge steel and cutlery steel. The machine can achieve in isothermal quenching and multi-grade quenching. With the function of convective heating, it can also be used as annealing and tempering equipment. The maximum pressure of cooling gas is 6 bar or 10 bar.
